Gingery and peppery. Refreshingly crispy to quench your thirst… every time. Easy to make and what’s more it kicks like a mule!
- 2 parts of The WIld Geese Golden Rum
- 2 parts of apple juice
- Half part of lemon juice
- Half part of vanilla syrup
- 3 dashes of Angostura
- Ginger beer
Pour all the ingredients, apart from the ginger beer, into a shaker.
Add ice and shake well… then pour over ice in a tall glass and top up with the ginger beer… garnish with shiso leaf.
